When I made my presentation for Leadership Gala 2009, I quickly looked for a quote on leadership to support it. I always admired the inspiring quotes from the "cool" Alumni, so I felt that it was my turn and I chose:

It's funny how sometimes the little dots in your life connect: under the warm summer sun, on a beach in the Danube Delta, my cousin's girlfriend was reading a book that I found interesting, and today I discover a quote - on leadership - that shares the same author with the aforementioned book:
Those who cannot think or take responsibility for themselves need, and clamor for, a leader. Hermann Hesse
